Following the reunion with his family out on the savannah, Kopa and the others returned to Pride Rock just as the fog was rolling in, the setting sun cast rose-colored light across the familiar rock formation. As Kopa approached, he looked up and saw the blue eyes he had missed these past several years.

Vitani looked on in shock, having come to terms with Kopa's death long ago, her heart suddenly filled with joy as the two young lions were reuinited at long last.

'I am home.' he whispered, his heart fulfilled.



Bleh, I finished this way back in February but I've been too lazy to upload it.

Kopa comes from a series of books that were released in 1994 with the original film, called 'The Lion King: Six New Adventures', Kopa was a silly little cub that liked to hear stories and such, so that's basically what the books were, some character telling Kopa a story. When Disney decided to make a sequel to the movie, Kopa was forgotten and Kiara was born.
A lot of fans like to think that Kopa still exists somewhere hidden within the world of the sequel, but was just never shown, there are many such theories, the most popular being that Zira killed him as a cub and that was the reason for her exile.
Personally I don't like just killing him off, so I had him run away to escape being killed by Zira and living far away, like Simba did.

Kopa isn't technically canon, but he's fun to use C:
